hearing & trial' as enshrined in the 'UN Charter On Human Rights /
Bill of Rights' ; before the Authority of an Independent Law Court
whereby I thus formally take this opportunity to submit this & all
other precedent-records / complaints relayed to civil-societies and

] as draft 'Soft-Copy e-Filing of My Cases' with the Kenya Judiciary's
Chief / Principal Registrar or respective Jurisdictional Court Clerks
/ Registrars pending the 'payment of fees' & 'due observation of the
entire prerequisite case-filing process' ; once the
digital-revolutionary 'Electronic Court-Case Management Information
System' is unveiled as was stated by CJ Maraga on August 19th 2019 at
the 'Opening of the 2019 Annual Judges Colloquium' at a Msa hotel ;
that it'll be operational by this September. It hasn't.

as relates to my e-Filing of cases is the 'Charge Sheet' incorporating
the larger lawsuit as a whole and the 'Complaints File' focusing on
the Migori Police Station 14OBs. Of particular interest in the 'Charge
Sheet' is charge no. 10 charging Portreitz Hosp. in Mombasa & its
'Hired Psychiatrists Assassins' with 'malpractice for prescription' &
'dosage mistakes' that almost paralyzed my spinal-chord stopping me
midway in town to a 'statue standstill' paralysis where for like an
'endless moment' I lost coordination-control of my motion & muscles
and stood still unable to move or bend a finger till a familiar
church-elderly 'came to the rescue' nugging me forward from behind on my right shoulder as he took
my right hand which had stuck half-way 'mid-air' ; a crowd of 3 or 4
which'd begun gathering around soon dispersed seeing we were familiar
& that I'd regained my mortar / motion faculties. I complained to the
Portreitz 'Hired Psychiatric Assassin' nurse who was continuing an
injection-regime at the Turpins' Kizingo residence & all he replied
was s'thing like, 'he would look into the prescription & / or dosage' to
make corrections! No mention of reconstructive or remedial-assessments
whatsoever in attempt to cover-up accountability for their clearly
premeditated 'vicious mendacious rhetoric' organized-crime to paralyze
my spinal-chord & cripple me to a wheelchair for purposes of cabbaging
me like they did Matiba the late ( RIP ) before defrauding /
embezzling his businesses and prestige-schools to shut-downs!
I hold them, the Portreitz-Hosp., the 'Hired Psychiatrist Assassins' & the
respective Nurse criminally liable & enjoin them all in my lawsuit whereby I take this opportunity on the era-eve of the revolutionary ECMIS digitization-reforms of the Kenya Judiciary
pending unveiling of the same to ask the respective CJ Maraga's
Judiciary to Subpoena Portreitz Hosp. in advance to produce all files
pertaining to the admission, medical-evaluation, medical-treatment,
rehabilitation & my discharge following the illegal 2 weeks
incarceration and 'solitary confinement' akin to the 2 weeks sojourn
at Jomvuu Kuu Msa [ rd : J.K. ] by the chief defendants'
Uhuru-&-Raila Jinn-Theocracy GoK licensed firearms holder and powerful
Mercedes-Benz motorist witch-doctor Omar ; simply cause their
superstitious 'Contagion-Animism Witchcraft' beliefs claim I got a
'jinn / s'thing' for which they won't let me engage in any biz or
'fixed-income' employment till such a time they were satisfied they'd
'exorcised' the 'possessing-jinn' ; as proclaimed by Kenyatta's cop
Ikenya & so the cyclic hired 'witch-doctor / psychiatrist-assassins'
rituals and / or threats...
I will process each one case & trial at a time & envisage to start
with the 14OBs 'Complaints File' at Migori Police Station in
descending-order for which I'll give priority to the assault-cases
with tangible P3s & Medical-Examination Forms including Uhuru's GSU
Bell's-Pub Attack courtesy of his Nairobi Carnivore-Club bosom-buddy
Eng. Emmanuel Edgar Sirma ; The Turpins attack & their last son's
Victor. Thus Migori Police Station led by the 'not-invalid OCS' last
week flagrantly refuted all claims of 'hunger-torture & incestuous and
homosexual-harassment' charges inadvertently clearing the
dysfunctional Turpins of all accusations in a cover-up led by Raila's
Luo Tribal-Community Asst. Chief & his Village-Elders including some
of who double-up as Church Leaders [ Catholic ] and sit in the same
village SACCO & Party Committees like the Turpins which indicates
'conflicting interests' as regards ethics in the search for 'elusive'
justice in Kenya's Judiciary ill with corruption.
Indeed the deliberations with Asst. Chief are as relayed in precedent records / blogs where his
partisanship & bias are self-evident from the start. This is
reinforced by the fact that the Chiefs Offices under the Provincial
Administration are an extension & a reflection of the respective
"Tribal Chieftains' Authority Rule" in their rural, ethnic-ancestral,
home-villages and who're thus more in keeping with their 'prehistoric
descendant cultures,' history and traditions, i.e. primitive,
retrogressive, imposed & uncivilized institutions which's a phenomenon
inconsistent and in-contravention of the National Constitution 2010 to
the extent of the inconsistencies as regards my case in relation to
'Family Law' ; given I've declared openly that I've DIVORCED,
ESTRANGED, & DISOWNED the dysfunctional Turpins and further avowed to
never live or work in Raila's Luo-Nyanza to the bitter end ; with
intent to protect my pending future wife, kids & family from any such
unprecedented cycles of compulsive-neurotic witchcraft and criminal
sexual conducts.
Indeed it's a 'crime against humanity' to fail to prevent or punish
perpetrators of 'criminal sexual-conducts / sexual offenses' &
especially-so in an 'open-secret' systematic and widespread
concealment including 'failure to implement the rule of law' with a
precise intent to 'obstruct justice' even in the glaring photo-exhibit
evidences depicting the instances, circumstances & scenarios, of the
sexual-misconducts. The cops denied all allegations outta negligence &
went-on to further criticize me the non-entity victim under a
Jinn-Theocracy GoK imposed penilessness pauperism station below the
poverty line ; and in a 'socially-vulnerable' Raila-Uhuru 'married but
gay' Lamu / Bondo-Usenge & Bori / GLBT sexual-orientation siege
respectively in the dysfunctional Turpins' Uhuru's 'Brokeside Dairy
Jacket' 'Paid-Pawns' house-stead ; which's an inhabitable
intimidating, hostile and sexually-offensive environment with tangible
rituals like cyclic peristalsis-triggering Luo Physiology-Expert
selective-gay-diets. The archaic antagonists goal's to transgender / trans-sex my identity
to conform with their 'married but gay' sexual-orientation where in
this siege the cops, church & Raila's tribal leaders are exploiting
the loophole that there are only 3 of us in the Turpins house-stead
including them & I and therefore besides the dismissed photo-exhibits
and recurrent testimony and complaints, quote lack of 'substantial
evidence or witnesses' to ascertain the accusations. They're choosing
to dismiss the fact that last time they'd indicted the same
sex-perverts on the basis of the same paradigm-criteria till I relented
and advised them to strongly reprimand them not to repeat & stop the
criminal sexual-conducts ; keeping in mind my accident damages was an
open-&-shut case and that I would soon leave them anyway. The
'not-invalid OCS' had to point me where my mobile he'd thrown lay in
the depths of the armchair and not underneath it. This 'not-invalid
OCS' begun insulting the sanity of my conscience first asking amid the
flow of queries whether, 'I was normal' to which he replies, 'he
doesn't think I was' following my gawking after affirming the 1st
query whenst he continues and adds that, 'he thinks I should go to
Mathare Hosp. for check-ups as to whether I was normal!' That's when I
click he'd been in consortium with Raila's triabal Asst. Chief who'd
threatened like recorded to pull strings with this 'not-invalid OCS'
to have me sent to Mathare Hosp. in a 'Sanctioned Abuse' cover-up to
conceal the incriminating evidence I have recorded against the
chief-defendants Uhuru & Raila ; by turning me into a cabbage proper
like they did Matiba. With ECMIS around the corner I enjoin both this
'not-invalid OCS' & the prior 'invalid-OCS' in 'charges of defamation'
for their baseless, heinous propaganda hell-bent to soil my name and
standing for defamation-purposes.
The same applies to the other senior cop who appeared at the Asst. Commissioners Office & any other cop
like the 'moody In-charge of Crime' who subliminally may wonna
insinuate incompetence or misbehavior on my part or bluntly-put,
insanity, mental-disorder, unreasonableness or 'spirit-possession,'
with regards to religion or culture. I apply for the courts to order
their mental-apparatuses be checked in advance pending formal e-Filing
of my 'defamation-case' against them ; for health-fitness as regards
their turning hostile during the partisan-investigations reflecting
trigger-itchiness with intentions to blow my brains-off ; evident as
recorded from since Uhuru's cop Ikenya paraded me in a file with 3
other suspicious KDF-guys returning to the barracks from leave in
Bamburi Msa at 0400hrs in the dawn's dark & thickets ; not to mention
the 'world's homosexual capital' Israeli-trained Uhuru's GSU-attack at
Bell's-Pub Migori. The GSU indicates Uhuru's loo-bat kiths extended
Jewish-family as regards the Jews' world-re-known 'manipulation of
national events' & 'swaying of minds' inherent, psychic, witchcraft,
vampires' characteristic parasitic personalities.
I pray the informed, progressive, modern, complex, & exposed civil-societies will
assist me in paying the e-Filing fees once ECMIS is unveiled & begins
operating in primitive 'third-world' Kenya, i.e. in the event the
ICC-Indicted Illegitimate President Uhuru wouldn't have paid my actual
& punitive accident-damages courtesy of the 'Advocates Complaints
Commission' in his AG's Office. Thus the mentioned cops should prepare
to defend & substantiate for their evidently 'vicious mendacious
rhetoric' defaming-propaganda before the Authority of an Independent
Law Court sooner or later. I intend to catch the law-up with them &
bring this malicious propaganda to a halt. It's a scheme to defraud me
of my estate. In case the antagonists execute any of their mentioned
threats, cabbaging or death, I pray the civil-society courtesy of a '1
night-stand' bastard I'd conceived during my 1996 2nd-term high-school
holidays in Ukunda-Diani Msa as you would be informed by one
cousin-brother Alphonce Bockenzie ; to continue with my
pursuit for justice and render 70% of any & all damages 'actual and
punitive' to this my console progeny bastard ; 20% to the mother who
got married elsewhere ; and 10% to charities and / or philanthropists
dealing with fugitives / victims of govt. persecution and victims of
incestuous sexual-offenses / misconducts. Otherwise, I apply to
additionally charge Portreitz Hosp., its psychiatrist-assassins,
nurses & counselors with incompetency, gross-negligence,
professional-misconducts, practicing amateur junk-science /
pseudoscience and outright-intent to cripple me into a wheel-chair by
administering near-record levels of spinal-chord paralyzing
prescriptions ; almost costing me my life should they have turned me
into a cabbage. Thus I apply for the respective law courts to order
background history into Portreitz Hosp. with regards to medical
causal-links btw this specific drug & any other patient turned 'victim
of spinal-paralysis' to gauge how many times they've been hired
'political-weapons' / assassins.
I hold all the adversely mentioned parties in the 'spinal-chord'
paralysis / cabbaging attempt criminally-liable as far as
accountabilities & responsibilities go and thus demand for
punitive-damages on the Portreitz Hosp. and its culpable staff as well
as actual-damages for the 'near-paraplegic' personal injury. I don't
sleep at night sometimes pondering the fate of my 'sanctioned arrested
development' & so today I woke late at 0830hrs thus the late
submission for this record. Otherwise, any missing-gaps will be
filled-in in due course & while the Luo Physiology-Expert
peristalsis-triggering 'homosexual-selective-diet' hunger-torture
games go-on exploiting the muscle dystrophy to wonna transgender my
identity to coerce me to conform to theirs of 'married bu gay' ; like
they repeated this Saturday and I survived on a friend's spare cash
for 10/- beans & 4-'mandazis' at 20/- at a food-kiosk ; I pray the
well-wishers lend me data-bundles to keep the updates alive around the
clock and / or loan me some spare-cash for survival to be repaid with a 50% interest once Uhuru's AG
virtue of the Advocates Complaints Commission pays-up my delayed /
denied dues. The 'not-invalid OCS' threatened me like his counterpart
the 'invalid-OCS' that, 'he doesn't think I should ever go back to
that Migori Police Station again' which adds another charge of 'abuse
of office and powers' ; for unless Kenya has deteriorated into a
lawless banana-republic, I don't see any grounds for his primitive,
unreasonable-sanction 'cept in delusion of his 'defamation
propaganda' facilitated by a network of political, social & religious
powerful-connections. I pray the civil societies ensure observation of
due procedure of the rule of law when I'm next obliged to report crime
at Migori Police Station ; either in my follow-ups with the 3
